holy hella congratulations to Just A Guy and his partner the Suze, on the birth of their not one, not two, but three new babies yesterday.

i know there aren't words to convey the emotion and sheer awesomeness of it all, so i'll just say love to all five of you from arh1 and the entire Dtek network.

Thanks guys. Now the real fun begins...

Sparkle, just keep doing what you are doing. It too has its effect--all good. Just so you know, I have almost completely welched on all resolutions forged by reading In Defense of Food--just don't have the time--hardly have time to shower and brush teeth, it seems, let alone the resolutions to eat my food more slowly and with much conversation...
